At ProcherBD, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and services to our customers across Bangladesh. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Plugins, etc.)

• All digital product sales are final.
• Since digital items are delivered instantly via download, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product is delivered or downloaded.
• If your download link is not working or the file is corrupted, please contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will assist you with a valid replacement file.

2. Digital Services (Design, Development, Marketing)

We offer revisions and support on our services based on the service agreement or package you purchase.

Refunds may be applicable in the following cases:

• Service not delivered within the agreed timeline (unless due to incomplete client input).
• Serious quality issues with no resolution after revision attempts.
• Full refund will only be granted if no work has been started on the project.

No refund is applicable if:

• Work has been completed and delivered as per agreement.
• The client changes their mind after confirming the order.
• The client fails to provide required content or feedback on time.

3. Payment Issues

If you were charged twice or faced a technical issue during payment, please notify us immediately. Our support team will verify and process a refund if eligible.
